Base pay range A$97,955.00/yr - A$111,142.00/yr Property Partner – Projects Property Responsibilities Source new electorate offices and negotiate leases in line with established frameworks and standards. Manage electorate office relocations, refurbishments, and minor works projects from planning through to completion. Monitor and manage project issues, risks, and budgets, identifying and resolving delivery challenges. About you You are an experienced property or facilities professional with a strong track record in lease negotiation and project delivery. You thrive in dynamic environments where confidentiality, consistency, and clear communication are key. Collaborative mindset, flexible approach, and ability to stay composed and effective under pressure. Confidence in using digital tools to conduct property research, manage documentation, and prepare accurate, well-structured reports and correspondence.
