The Edge You Bring Proven senior leadership in mining or heavy industry with full P&L accountability. The ability to cut through complexity, enforce cost discipline, and sustain margins. Experience leading technically capable teams and influencing large workforces. Authority in government, community, and industrial relations engagement. Advanced commercial and financial acumen with strong modelling and forecasting expertise. Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, or engineering; MBA highly regarded. Your First 6 Months Defining Success Stabilise costs and deliver forecasting accuracy across the operation. Embed rigorous reporting systems and cost-control processes.
