Overview Talent Acquisition Partner (6 month max term contract). We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us on a 6-month contract and play a key role in scaling our technical teams. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the product development lifecycle—from product management and design to software engineering and delivery—helping us secure the best talent in the market. This role will go beyond filling jobs. You’ll help us shape sourcing strategies, strengthen our talent pipelines, and ensure we’re positioned to attract and engage top talent for both current needs and future growth. Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across product, engineering, design, and delivery. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent. Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical skill areas. Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs. Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our values. Share market insights to guide stakeholders and influence hiring decisions. Qualifications Proven experience recruiting software engineers and other technical talent. A strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments. Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions. Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and pipeline building.
