This is a hands-on leadership support role where you’ll assist with: Reception, chairside and sterilisation duties on a rostered basis Team coaching and setting standards for conduct and care Daily operations including rostering, stock control, and financial reporting Ensuring clinical compliance and maintaining high patient care standards What You’ll Bring Extensive dental industry experience and ideally previous team leadership Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent knowledge) A passion for people and a natural ability to lead and mentor Strong organisational and communication skills A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine desire to grow The Perks We’re committed to your professional growth and wellbeing.
