Description The Role: Carey Baptist Grammar School are currently accepting applications for friendly and motivated individuals to join our vibrant community as casual junior rowing assistants. This position is for the summer season, commencing in late January 2026. You will be part of a passionate coaching team, focussed on delivering high quality rowing instruction across the program. Bring your energy and love for rowing to support our students, apply now! The Average Day: Support students in the Carey rowing programme in a safe and professional manner. Manage equipment and support with logistics. Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where rowers of all levels can thrive. Attend training sessions, regattas and camps as required. The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: A love for rowing and an understanding of rowing techniques and terminology. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a dynamic team environment. Bring energy, positivity, and a can-do spirit to every task. Willingness to work on weekends.
