Realise your potential at yourtown your opportunity We are recruiting a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across our yourtown , Kids Helpline and Parentline brands. Based at our Milton head office, you will play a key part in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing activities align with yourtown’s objectives and showcases the values of our services. In the Marketing Specialist position, you will: • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to support informed marketing strategies. • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals. • Lead a variety of marketing initiatives, including print, digital, email, and social media advertising, to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. • Brief and manage external agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials and campaigns. • Support the management of the marketing budget by ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise return on investment. Please note, this position is a maximum term contract with an end date of 30 June 2026. what we are looking for • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with over five years of experience and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools such as GA4 and GTM. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and apply insights to improve future strategies. • Creative thinker with a talent for developing original marketing concepts and problem-solving in fast-paced environments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing compelling marketing content and presentations. • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Skilled in building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across diverse teams and backgrounds. your benefits When you join yourtown you will be welcomed into a safe, inclusive, and diverse community and an established and reputable national organisation.
