The Opportunity We are seeking both a Speech Pathology Team Leader (Part Time) AND Speech Pathology Clinical Leader (12 Month Maternity leave coverage - Full Time role however would consider a Part time role for the right candidate) to join our team of highly skilled professionals to provide a specialized level of technical leadership and provide supervision and support to the speech pathology team. Key Responsibilities Conducting assessments of clients across a range of settings Developing and providing effective intervention strategies to clients and their families in line with professional standards and best practice guidelines Building positive and professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Actively contributing to the development and enhancement of professional knowledge in the specific field of expertise for self and the team Maintaining professional knowledge and practices required by funding bodies, including NDIS and Medicare Provide a specialized level of technical leadership and provide supervision and support to the speech pathology team About You Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisation skills to allow efficient and autonomous management of caseload. Professional behaviour, including treating others with respect and maintaining professional boundaries. Commitment to a positive team culture and active willingness to participate in collaborative learning with peers. Knowledge of, and experience in, person-centred andstrength-basedapproaches to Speech Pathology practice. Knowledge of NDIS procedures and documentation requirements is preferred. Essential Requirements: Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) CPSP status with Speech Pathology Australia (provisional and full CPSP status are both accepted) NDIS Worker Check Working with Children Check (paid employment) NDIS Worker Orientation module completion certificate Current drivers licence Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) Right to work in Australia Why Join Us?
