At Kingfisher Bay Resort, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Duty Manager to lead our guest-facing operations — all while enjoying an incredible island lifestyle. About the Role As Front Office Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, Reception and Administration teams. You will coordinate frontline services, including Resort Porters, and step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of Senior Front Office Management. This is a full-time, live-on-island role on a rotating roster. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoys leading by example. About You Previous experience in a Front Office Duty Manager role or relevant transferable experience Minimum 2 years Front Office experience in a 3-star or higher hotel or resort Proficiency in hotel booking/property management systems (RMS, Opera or Sihot preferred) Proven ability to multi-task and adapt in changing environments Strong initiative and ability to work independently when required Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and customer service skills Positive, professional and solutions-focused attitude Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Open driver’s licence Legal right to work in Australia If you're passionate about hospitality and ready to leave ordinary behind for a role where you can genuinely make an impact, all while living in one of Australia’s most spectacular island locations, we want to hear from you!
