About the Role As a Team Leader, you’ll play a critical role in delivering on our customer promises by leading a team of operators to meet production targets, uphold product quality, and ensure operational efficiency. You’ll foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise production teams to achieve daily output and quality goals. Promote and enforce safe work practices aligned with the EHS Management System. Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimise workflows. Train and mentor team members to build capability and support workforce planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges. Uphold ethical conduct and contribute to a positive work culture. Performance Measures Safety performance and compliance Production output and efficiency On-time delivery and cycle time Quality metrics and yield Downtime reduction and SOP adherence What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (building products preferred). Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols. Experience in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and SOP implementation. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma or similar (desirable).
