Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting and engaging with patients in a warm and professional manner Assisting patients in selecting frames and lens options to suit their needs and style Providing tailored advice on lens features and benefits Handling sales transactions and appointment bookings Keeping the space clean, tidy, and welcoming Hours available include weekdays, Thursday late night trading and Saturdays We’d Love to Hear from You if You: Have a background in customer service (optical or retail experience is a bonus!)
