About the role As a Yard Loader you will be a key member of our Canning Vale logistics team and be required to assist with the packing and loading of products for our trade and retail customer base. This is a diverse and hands-on role which will require regular contact with our customers. Responsibilities: Loading and unloading trucks Liaising and assisting customers Moving steel products General factory housekeeping activities Daily interaction with customers and assist with enquiries as required Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures Maintaining a very tidy and organised yard. Participation in toolbox and team meetings Skills and attributes: A passion to deliver outstanding customer service Excellent communication skills Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic The ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated yard/logistics/factory experience Experience in the building industry and metal products preferred Fork truck licence (essential) MR licence (preferred) This is a full-time position.
