The Opportunity The Recruitment & Employee Services Supervisor is responsible for delivering recruitment services; assisting with remuneration and benefits; interpreting and implementing employment legislation; reporting; policies and procedures. Additionally, this role will actively contribute to the further development and implementation of contemporary HR initiatives supported by technology, to ensure we continue to deliver to all business units.
