We’re building a strong internal HR team to support our growth and are currently hiring either : A capable HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations, OR An experienced Senior HR Advisor / Manager to lead HR strategy and culture We’re open to the right person — whether you're earlier in your HR career or a seasoned professional ready to step into a leadership role. Description Option 1: HR Administrator This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years' HR admin or recruitment experience who is looking to grow. Key Tasks: Coordinate recruitment and onboarding Maintain employee records and HR systems Track compliance, training, and contracts Support general HR administration and reporting Assist with employee queries and onboarding logistics What You’ll Need: Experience in HR admin, recruitment, or office support Great attention to detail and communication skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital tools Cert IV or Diploma in HR (or working towards it) preferred Option 2: Senior HR Advisor / Manager This role will suit a confident HR professional ready to lead and partner with management. Key Responsibilities: Drive people strategy aligned with business goals Manage employee relations and performance issues Coach managers and supervisors across HR matters Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and compliance Lead HR initiatives, policies, and cultural change Support and mentor junior HR staff What You’ll Need: 5–10 years’ experience in HR, ideally in construction or similar Strong ER/IR, compliance, and leadership capability A collaborative and solutions-focused approach Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field Skills And Experiences Why Work With Us?
