Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Spring Hill, Australia. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving financial success. Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant/bar, and banquet operations Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue Create and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service Oversee menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure culinary excellence and innovation Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting for the F&B department Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to maintain a high-performing team Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Coordinate with other departments to support seamless hotel operations Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in F&B management
