You'll enjoy: Hybrid working arrangements that respect your work-life balance A competitive salary package with superannuation Generous 25% staff discount on all Freedom products, including sale items True flexibility with our innovative 'Freedom to Flex' program - work from anywhere in the world for up to 4 weeks annually Membership of the Australian Marketing Institute and access to professional development What You'll Be Working On Manage and deliver the annual strategic marketing and communications plan, focusing on the Advertising & Promotional calendar Lead execution of campaigns, promotions, and advertising materials ensuring all communications are on-brand Coordinate the rolling 12-month A&P calendar and share updates with key stakeholders including franchise partners and NZ team Manage brief coordination from product teams, construct internal timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders Oversee photography shoots and content production from pre-production through to final delivery Manage day-to-day relationships with external agency partners What Type of Person Will Succeed 8 years relevant marketing experience with a tertiary degree Retail marketing experience preferred, along with experience leading direct reports Proven success in planning and executing BTL campaigns (eDM, DM, social media) Creative and confident team player with strong negotiation and multitasking abilities Experience working with agencies and third-party partners Excellent creative appraisal skills with keen attention to detail Strong commercial acumen and data-driven analytical thinking How to Apply We're excited to grow our team and would love to learn more about you.
