This critically important role drive many key strategic business initiatives for Avive. The Chief of Staff will report directly to our CEO and will work closely with our President/COO and the full leadership team. What You'll Do: Work directly with Avive's Co-Founders (CEO and President/COO) Lead high-priority strategic business initiatives, from idea through successful execution Assist and communicate with Leadership Team to drive effective decision-making, program management, and metrics/measurement Serve as liaison with Founders, Board of Directors and other key relationships Act as a key facilitator between different teams, ensuring that all parties are communicating and working towards the same goals - be the person who knows most about how the company operates Lead and manage the company's annual/quarterly/monthly planning process; Capture key notes and action items; Hold teams/departments accountable to their objectives targets Be a Meetings Master - Take control over the content and agendas for key internal meetings (e.g. All-Hands, Leadership Meetings, Monthly Reviews, etc.) Support content creation, coordination, and preparation for company Board meetings Manage calendars for both CEO and President/COO Travel requirement: ~30% Required Skills & Experience: You're an analytical thinker and operational doer who will solely focus on the most critical organizational priorities.
