Hands on, overseeing a small team of maintenance technicians High Quality Air Compressors Eastern Suburbs Based Our client is a multinational manufacturer of premium air compressors and associated products utilised in a huge variety of industrial applications. Their installed base is ever expanding and this hands-on leadership role is now available. Your new role will see you overseeing the work of three full time experienced maintenance technicians while also working on equipment yourself. Based out of our client's workshop facility in the Eastern suburbs you will also spend significant time on customers' sites. You are likely a qualified technician with significant experience working on compressors – installing, repairing and upgrading. You are a problem solver with good commercial nous and a sense of urgency. You have an ability to quickly establish a professional rapport with customers. You are customer focused and an excellent mentor to your team – you enjoy leading and up-skilling your team both technically and commercially. You have excellent attention to detail and are able to communicate well both written and verbally with people from multiple backgrounds.
