Your Role Highlights As a Power Systems Engineer , you’ll: Deliver world-class power system studies (load flow, short circuit, stability analysis) for global clients. Utilize industry-standard tools (PSSE, PSCAD, PowerFactory) to streamline decision-making. Develop, validate, and optimize models to enhance network planning, operations, and compliance on international energy grids. Spearhead design and analysis for transmission, distribution, and renewable generation systems tailored to regions worldwide. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, multicultural team to deliver visionary power solutions. Contribute to renewable energy integration for wind, solar, and battery storage projects globally. Produce technical reports and recommendations for clients and stakeholders across borders. Stay ahead of emerging technologies in power engineering and share knowledge within our global network. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field (Bachelor’s or Master’s). Proficiency with PSSE, PSCAD, PowerFactory and other power system analysis tools. Understanding of power systems fundamentals and analytical problem-solving excellence. Familiarity with global grid codes and standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NERC). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills , enabling you to explain complex ideas across diverse, multinational teams. Proven capability to collaborate in a multicultural, global environment. Bonus Skills: Experience with grid interconnection studies for renewable energy projects at scale. Programming or scripting skills (Python, MATLAB, etc.) to refine workflows and analyse data. Professional Engineer (PE) certification or progress toward obtaining it. Passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in global engineering practices.
