The Manager of Community Nursing Services is a pivotal leadership position, reporting directly to the Divisional Director and is responsible for the overall management and development of the Community Nursing Service. This encompasses both district nursing and community health nursing, ensuring the provision of safe, effective and accessible care for the local community. This role provides operational, clinical and strategic oversight, with strong focus on service delivery, workforce development, clinical governance, and quality improvement. The successful candidate will be accountable for aligning service operations with health policy and funding requirements, as well as WDHS's strategic plan and organisational values.
