They are a family owned and operated business with over 50 years' industry experience. Working alongside Senior Management, They seek a Civil Site Supervisor working on sub divisions in the Northern Suburbs. On offer is a permanent role. About the Role Lead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors daily Attend site meetings and send weekly progress reports to Management Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs Maintain site records and responsible for onsite OH&S documentation including toolbox meetings Manage projects and ensure programs, productions and budgets are met About you A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, supervising in the construction industry Strong planning and organisational skills are essential, including recording site progress Experience in Subdivisional works and both Bulk Earthworks and Undergrounds Ability to read and understand drawings and construction programs Solid safety focus and experience Ability to work flexible hours and willing to operate plant and equipment if required Strong communication skills with site personnel and subcontractors Valid driver's license Having Current Senior First Aid is desirable What we can offer Competitive Salary Company Vehicle, Laptop and Mobile Phone You will need to have full working rights to be considered for this role.
