We are seeking a Centre Director to lead our high-quality, not-for-profit early childhood service. The Role As Centre Director, you will: Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across the service. Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), regulations, and organisational policies. Support, mentor, and empower a dedicated team of educators. Partner with families and the local community to strengthen relationships and engagement. Drive continuous improvement and innovation to maintain high-quality learning outcomes. Oversee day-to-day operations, including enrolments, rostering, and financial sustainability. About You We are looking for a leader who is: Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or WT accepted (equivalent as per ACECQA). Experienced in leading an early childhood service with proven results in quality and compliance. A strong communicator who can build genuine partnerships with families, staff, and stakeholders. Passionate about supporting educators and fostering professional growth. Committed to equity, inclusion, and child-centred practice. Knowledgeable in NQF, EYLF, and regulatory standards. Why Join Us?
