Benefits Opportunity to lead and develop a skilled, hands-on team Professional development and training tailored to your needs Duties Oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of water supply, wastewater, and swimming pool systems. Lead and support a small team, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of services. Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Manage contractor engagement and coordinate with external agencies and community stakeholders. Respond promptly to operational issues and participate in an on-call roster for emergency situations. Skills & experience Proven experience (ideally 3 years) in water supply, wastewater, or water reticulation operations and management. Strong technical skills in water treatment processes and chemical dosing. This role is approximately 50% hands-on operations and 50% chemical/water treatment oversight . Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively with a small team (3-4 staff members) Experience in managing and supervising water reticulation infrastructure and maintenance activities.
