About the Role Pakenham CARCO is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Online Merchandiser / Junior Photographer to bring our vehicle inventory to life online. Reporting to the Online Merchandising Manager, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, managing vehicle listings, and ensuring our cars shine on every major online platform. What You’ll Be Doing Operate the in-house photo booth and capture engaging photos and videos of vehicles (interior and exterior). Edit and upload content, including short videos and voiceovers, across online sales platforms. Write clear, informative, and eye-catching vehicle descriptions. Maintain accurate pricing and availability using systems like Autogate and Livemarket. Track lead activity and assist with reporting on performance metrics. Liaise with reconditioning and sales teams to ensure vehicles are online-ready. Keep listings updated in line with promotions and market strategies. What We’re Looking For An interest or hobby in photography, videography, or digital media (you do not need to be an expert, but you must have some knowledge and enthusiasm for using digital cameras). Strong attention to detail and an eye for capturing the "best angle." Basic editing skills (experience with Adobe or similar software is a plus, but not essential).
