As their business continues to grow, they are looking for their next Sales Trust Accountant, someone who loves to specalise and are looking for something left of field. Your primary focus will be on managing the financial functions across a number of real Estate businesses, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse team of agents and support staff, building relationships and providing guidance on trust account-related matters. Given the dynamic nature of the role, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a high volume of transactions. Experience in managing trust accounts within the real estate industry, whether that be Sales or Property Management, is desirable. You must possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
