What You’ll Be Doing Lead technical delivery - writing efficient, scalable, and secure code. Design and build APIs and distributed systems that power products used at scale. Translate business needs into smart, practical technical solutions. Mentor engineers, uplift team performance, and champion best practices. Take full ownership of features from design and prototyping through to deployment. Optimise performance and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Contribute to technical architecture and influence long-term engineering strategy. Partner with PMs, QA, designers, and fellow devs to deliver with impact. What We’re Looking For Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving ability (degree or equivalent experience). Proven track record building cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure). Proficiency with the MERN stack, RESTful APIs, and modern dev practices. Bonus: experience with Golang, Docker, Kubernetes. A growth mindset—you’re curious, adaptable, and always pushing boundaries. A collaborative leader who thrives in a team but can also run with big projects independently.
