Overview Director of Distribution – Real Estate Fund Manager Sydney based Our client is a leading Real Estate Fund Manager with an established platform and ambitious growth agenda. They are seeking a Director of Distribution to lead capital raising and investor relations across their suite of funds. Key Responsibilities Drive the distribution strategy across wholesale, institutional, family office, and private wealth investor channels. Leverage existing relationships and develop new ones to broaden the investor base and secure ongoing capital commitments. Partner with senior leadership on fund launches, structuring, and positioning to align with investor appetite. Manage end-to-end fundraising processes including preparation of investor materials, presentations, and roadshows. Maintain strong relationships with existing investors through regular reporting, updates, and engagement initiatives. Provide market insights and feedback to inform fund strategy and product development. About You / Qualifications 10 years’ experience in distribution, capital raising, or investor relations within real estate funds management, private markets, or asset management. Strong network across institutional investors, wholesale capital, and private wealth advisers. Proven track record of raising capital across multiple investor channels. Commercially astute, with strong communication and presentation skills. Collaborative, driven, and capable of operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
