Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or related field. 5 years experience in marketing campaign management, with strong expertise in SAS Customer Intelligence 360. Hands-on experience integrating marketing platforms with Salesforce CRM. Proven experience leading migration projects from Adobe Campaign to SAS CI 360 or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of customer journey orchestration, multichannel campaign execution, and marketing automation. Proficient in building workflows, data segmentation, and marketing resource management. Familiarity with SAS programming or scripting for campaign customization (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Good communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills: SAS certification or relevant technical training. Experience with data privacy compliance and real-time marketing analytics. Knowledge of additional CRM or marketing cloud platforms. Agile project management experience.
