Role Overview The E-Nudge Developer will focus on building and deploying trigger-based campaigns that proactively guide customers through their journey (e.g., reminders, alerts, contextual nudges). This role emphasizes automation, data-driven personalization, and cross-channel alignment. Key Responsibilities Trigger-Based Campaign Setup Configure real-time or scheduled nudges triggered by customer behavior (e.g., abandoned cart, incomplete form, missed appointment). Ensure business rules and logic are implemented correctly. Data Integration Use available data attributes from CDP/CRM systems to build audience triggers. Validate incoming data streams required for campaign logic. Testing & QA Simulate trigger events and validate campaign execution. Test personalization, timing, and delivery rules. Execution & Monitoring Launch E-Nudge campaigns and ensure seamless execution. Monitor performance and ensure triggers are firing correctly. Required Skills Experience in trigger-based or journey orchestration platforms (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Unica Interact). Knowledge of event-based campaign logic and personalization. Familiarity with APIs, data feeds, and workflow automation. 2–4 years of relevant experience.
