The Role We’re seeking two motivated team members to join as Support Coordinators & Psychosocial Recovery Coaches . In this role, you will: Work closely with participants to implement their NDIS plans Connect them with mainstream, community, and specialist supports Develop recovery plans that are strengths-based and goal-focused Support participants to overcome challenges and build skills for independence Ensure documentation, compliance, and billable targets are met (65% per day) Why You’ll Love It Work-life balance : 4-day role (30.4 hours/week), with the potential to grow into full-time Flexible arrangements : 3 days in the office, 1 day working from home (office based in Liverpool) Career growth : Real opportunities to step up as the organisation expands, with direct mentoring from senior leadership Supportive team : Work alongside a Senior Support Coordinator with strong clinical oversight Transport covered soon : Two company cars are being introduced for the team Competitive pay : SCHADS Award, $38 – $41 per hour depending on experience and qualifications About You You’ll thrive in this role if you are: Qualified with a Certificate IV or Diploma (community services, mental health, or related field) Experienced in disability or mental health, with knowledge of the NDIS Strong in communication, advocacy, and problem-solving Values-driven, empathetic, and reliable – committed to making a difference
