Assist tenants with lease sign-ups and move-in dates. Conduct open homes and private inspections. Prepare and market properties for lease. Carry out routine and ingoing inspections. The Person: Ideally seeking an experienced leasing agent, entry-level candidates will be considered MUST HAVE - a valid Certificate of Registration or licence Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Positive, professional, and motivated with a strong work ethic. Current driver’s licence and reliable car required.
