The Role To start ASAP, this is a rare opportunity to get your foot in the door to work for a large blue-chip company who are a household name . You will become part of a close-knit AR team and perform an end-to-end AR role, based in their Melbourne CBD office. The ideal candidate will ideally have some experience in AR with exposure to processing claims, however Accounts/Finance Officers with 1-3 years’ experience are also encouraged to apply, as full training/mentoring is provided. Your primary duties will comprise of: Analysing and allocating daily Direct Credit and Bpay Files Accruals/Cash receipting EFT/Credit card processing Bank statement uploads Aged Debtor reports Bank Recs Journals Resolving payment queries Assist with Month end Ad hoc tasks as required by Credit Manager About You You will be ambitious and hungry to grow your career, and have a great learning attitude and a flexible approach to work.
