Pay Rates: Day Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm): $39.33/hr Afternoon Shift (3:00pm – 11:00pm): $47.03/hr Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machinery used in the bending and cutting of reinforcement steel bars Use Overhead Cranes and Gantry Cranes safely and efficiently Set up machines according to production specifications Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and output targets are met Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work as part of a cohesive production team ✅ Preferred Requirements: Proven experience in machine operation within the steel or manufacturing industry , especially reinforcement bar processing Skilled in the use of Overhead and Gantry Cranes Knowledge of reinforcement steel manufacturing and handling processes Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical or production issues High attention to detail and commitment to quality control Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic Location: Sunshine North, VIC Shifts Available: Day and Afternoon (see above) Start Date: Immediate start available for the right candidate Ready to join a company that values safety, precision, and teamwork?
