Contract till December 2025, with possible extension Attractive daily rate Location: Melbourne, VIC (Hybrid or Remote options available) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: We are seeking a contract resource to support learning projects within the Company Essentials Portfolio. The role demands accountability, initiative, and independent execution, however full support is provided to resolve ambiguity or risk mitigation. Their ability to operate autonomously while maintaining alignment with project goals means they require minimal supervision. The role will work within a small squad environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage learning projects from scope through to post deployment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Manage development activity with Vendor and Internal resources. Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, status reports, and risk logs. Map business processes related to learning delivery and operations. Create clear and user-friendly work instructions to support process implementation. Provide regular updates to the Learning Portfolio Lead and other key stakeholders. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in learning project management, preferably within corporate or enterprise environments. Strong proficiency in Articulate (Storyline and Rise) for eLearning development and review. Demonstrated ability to map processes and develop work instructions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with MIRO or similar collaboration tools. DESIRABLE: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) - Workday. Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
