Job Description An exciting opportunity for a Specialist has become available in the National Business Coordination (NBC) team within our National Finance & Administration department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time opportunity. Our Finance NBC team are responsible in supporting the roll out and management of new and existing finance systems and tools. They collaborate globally to align frameworks with local needs, improve processes, and share best practices. Additionally, the team leads change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and enhance financial performance. Coordinate and perform testing and development for National Finance programs and systems in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor upcoming global system changes to ensure alignment of National Finance operations. Manage change that comes with the deployment of global financial systems and standardise processes. Develop user stories to clearly communicate end-user requirements to system developers and coordinate related testing, training and project activities. Promote and drive the implementation of standardised business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency across finance teams Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
