We are currently seeking an Estimator to join a well-established construction and building services contractor operating across the Pilbara region. This is a residential role in the Pilbara offering a long-term opportunity with strong support and great benefits. The Role Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing and quotations for upcoming projects. Act as a key point of contact for prospective clients across the Inland region. Work closely with the Operations Manager and Project Coordinator on project-specific contracts. Conduct scheduled weekly meetings with Operations Manager to review tenders, subcontractors, client feedback and industry movements. Ensure compliance with company HSEQ standards and project delivery requirements. About You 1-2 years' experience in project estimation within construction, building or engineering. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or similar (preferred but not essential). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other relevant tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organised, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Positive attitude, problem-solving skills and dedication to HSEQ.
