ConsultANZ is seeking a Quality Manager to join a leading civil construction team in Hamilton. In this role, you’ll manage quality assurance and document control across regional projects, ensuring all work meets required standards and regulations. Main Duties: Lead and manage quality assurance and document control functions across civil construction projects Champion continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across all project phases Ensure compliance with internal systems and external standards, including regulatory requirements Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews, identifying areas for improvement Act as a quality mentor to project teams, providing training and support where required Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure QA/QC processes are followed Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related quality/engineering field Over 10 years of experience in the civil construction industry Proven experience in quality management on infrastructure projects Trained auditor status is essential ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) training preferred Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control procedures Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work across multiple projects and manage competing priorities Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Long-term opportunities on key infrastructure projects Supportive and experienced team environment APPLY NOW!
