The Position A reputable residential builder is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of project and custom homes throughout Brisbane's Western Corridor, including Ipswich, Springfield, Ripley, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing multiple builds concurrently, and ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day operations across multiple residential construction sites Coordinate trades, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries to maintain workflow and project timelines Monitor site safety, enforce WHS policies, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Conduct quality assurance inspections and ensure a high level of site presentation Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Provide regular progress updates to senior management Manage defect rectification and ensure smooth handover processes Skills & Experience Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor within the residential construction industry Strong knowledge of the QLD Building Code and construction processes Proven ability to lead and coordinate trades and contractors Excellent time management and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with construction software Requirements QBCC Site Supervisor Licence Construction White Card Valid Australian Driver's Licence First Aid & CPR certification What You Will Recieve Competitive salary: $120,000 - $130,000 Super Fully Maintained Vehicle Opportunity to join a respected and growing builder in South-East Queensland Supportive leadership team and a collaborative working environment Career development and long-term growth opportunities
