Roster: Shutdown work, up to 3 weeks onsite Location: Various sites in WA, including offshore shutdowns Employment Type: Casual Ongoing About the role Seeking experienced Blaster / Painters for multiple shutdowns throughout WA. Offering an immediate start and growth within a reputable company. Skills & experience Previous experience with abrasive blasting and painting Minimum C Class Driver’s Licence Elevated Work Platform (HRWL) Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets MSIC – Maritime Security Induction Card Must be able to complete online and onsite inductions Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Strong commitment to safety and contributing to a positive safety culture Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Duties & responsibilities Perform abrasive blasting to clean and prepare metal surfaces within industry standards Apply industrial coatings, primers and protective paints Ability to work in a confined space and safely at heights Safe usage of all equipment and tools Maintaining a strong focus on maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.
