Harvest Staff Ground crew, grain dryer and storage operations and tractor drivers Location: Gairdner WA Start: Early–Mid October 2025 The roles We are seeking a couple of people to assist with all operations for the grain harvest on a 7000ha farm in Great Southern region of WA. The positions will be harvest all-rounder roles, providing backup and relief operating of the machines. Your role will involve ground crew harvest operations, running the grain dryer and organising trucks, moving mother bins and augering grain. As harvest progresses, there will be opportunities to start rotating personel between machines and training will be provided to operate tractors with chaser bins and also the John Deere s780 headers. Operation of modern grain dryer, telehanders and front end loaders, utes, compressors, fuel trailers, JD tractors and headers and providing general support to the harvest team Harvesting wheat, barley, canola Basic servicing and upkeep of machinery during harvest Working 6days a week, 12-14hrs a day Pay & Benefits Hourly rate: $37.50 Accommodation provided Groceries provided to make your own breakfasts and lunches Evening meal provided during harvest Apply Now Please apply with your CV outlining your relevant experience.
