The Role: Joining a high performing individual, this is a role that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. Through expertise, dedication, and of course, results, you will be responsible for: Handle daily client communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions. Liaise with solicitors, buyers, and vendors to ensure seamless property transactions. Provide support for open homes, buyer inspections, valuations, photoshoots, and building/pest inspections. Prepare CMA reports, appraisals, contracts, listing descriptions, advertisements, and “coming soon” campaigns. Coordinate end-to-end property marketing campaigns, including pre-listing kits. Maintain and manage the CRM/database (Eagle CRM) with accurate records and updates. Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and active property listings.
