Reporting to the Head of Talent, this position is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process that identifies, sources and sustains employment opportunities at St Vincent’s for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Providing specialist advice, including the design and delivery of effective talent acquisition exercises and programs, initiatives and programs, is key.
