We are seeking a Chief Client Officer to join our highly effective Executive Team and shape the future of our aged care services. This role is strategic and operational: ensuring high standards of clinical care and resident/client and family experience, while guiding our people through a period of transformation and renewal. The Chief Client Officer will lead the delivery of Residential Aged Care, Independent Living and Home Care services. The role will drive operational excellence, financial sustainability and consumer centred care across the service portfolio. Working closely with the Chief Governance Officer, you will ensure service delivery, compliance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and supported by a long-serving Board, the Chief Client Officer will lead with presence, clarity, and influence. You will oversee all aspects of care delivery, ensuring that every resident, client and their family experiences excellence. You will support organisational growth, build capability, embed strong clinical governance with the Chief Governance Officer, and inspire your team to embrace new ways of working and excel at service excellence. Key responsibilities include: Provide leadership and direction in all aspects of clinical care and service delivery. Ensure service excellence in resident, client and family outcomes, embedding a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Build the capability and resilience of the clinical and care support workforce, inspiring and empowering staff through a period of change. Work collaboratively with the Executive Team, CEO, and Board to set strategy and deliver operational excellence. Lead organisational transformation, supporting a newly defined leadership structure where governance and operations are distinct but interdependent. Qualifications and experience Registered Nurse qualification with a current AHPRA registration (essential). Experience in aged care and residential services. Strong engagement, communication, and change-management capabilities to bring people on the journey. Ability to combine strategic vision with operational focus and a genuine commitment to quality outcomes for residents and clients.
