About the Role Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Business Partnering, Reporting and Finance Transformation will lead two critical sub-teams — Business Partnering and Finance Transformation. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise-level reporting, divisional reporting, strategic analysis, and driving finance transformation initiatives including automation, AI integration, and system optimisation. It is pivotal in enabling the firm’s continued growth, insight-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Business Partnering and Finance Transformation team, shaping a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, providing insights on financial performance, risk, and transformation priorities aligned to firm wide strategy. Lead the preparation of forward-looking financial analysis, forecasting and scenario planning to support firm-wide strategy. Embed a scalable business partnering model and drive meaningful financial insights to support decision-making across all levels of the firm. Deliver timely, accurate and insightful reporting across all levels, including monthly and ad hoc reports, management packs, financial commentary, and strategic insights. Own the development and delivery of firm-level reporting frameworks and dashboards through collaboration with EDRA (Enterprise Data, Reporting and Analytics team). Drive finance transformation initiatives including reporting modernisation, planning improvements, automation, and AI integration. Champion data integrity, governance, and consistency across the finance function. About You CA/CPA qualified with demonstrated experience in relevant senior finance roles within professional services or complex corporate environment. Proven leadership experience FP&A, business partnering & finance transformation particularly through periods of change. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-level reporting and analysis. Experience with automation and process improvement. AI implementation experience highly regarded. Advanced Power BI capability required; experience with Adaptive Planning and Workday favourable. Why BDO?
