Overview About the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Venue/General Manager to lead daily operations and maintain the highest service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all areas of the business including gaming, bar, bistro, and front of house. Base pay range: A$130,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Oversee and support daily operations across gaming, bar, bistro, and FOH Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team Assist with gaming operations and BOH procedures Ensure compliance with VGCCC, RSA, RSG, AML/CTF, and OH&S requirements Operate venue systems including GFR Pro, H&L, TRAC, and TITO Manage stock control, reporting, and uphold service excellence Complete end-of-day reconciliations, compliance checklists, and incident reports Qualifications & Experience Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role Strong leadership and operational management skills across food, beverage, and gaming Required Skills & Licences Current Gaming Licence, RSA, RSG, TAB, and Keno accreditation Proven ability to manage both FOH & BOH operations and venue systems Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Salary & Benefits Salary range: A$130,000 – plus super and parking Venue operating hours: 10:00am – 4:00am Equal Opportunity Statement Our client values diversity, teamwork, and leadership grounded in customer satisfaction and conflict resolution.
