Your Role Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to drive transformation in a dynamic B2B environment? Lincoln Sentry is seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing, digital, and activation agenda—delivering profitable growth and a seamless omnichannel customer experience across branch, sales & service, and online. The role focuses on customer insights, market segmentation, and digital strategy—not consumer branding. Leading a team, you’ll drive strategic and trade marketing initiatives, and spearhead digital transformation across platforms including eCommerce, CRM/EDM, social media, and our website. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you’ll help shape and execute our 4-year strategy with a strong emphasis on customer centricity.
