As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for warm leads in both inbound and outbound environments. Using a variety of platforms, your exceptional communication and customer service skills will encourage customers to engage with our finance applications. This is a pivotal role in supporting our growth journey as we work to reinvent the Finance and Insurance customer experience and position ourselves as an industry leader. What you will be doing: This is predominately a Phone based role but not limited to: Acting as the first touchpoint for inbound and outbound customer leads. Building rapport and providing an outstanding customer experience. Utilising your exceptional communication and customer service skills to encourage customers to navigate through the process with our finance applications. Work collaboratively with the team while being comfortable working autonomously.
