Life as a Marketing & Digital Specialist As the Marketing & Digital specialist you will play a pivotal role within the Marketing & Product team across all aspects of Marketing & Digital strategy including brand and customer communications and campaign planning/execution including social media and instore. You will hold day to day responsibility for managing social media and digital channels including 3rd party delivery, eCommerce and mobile ordering. You will hold relationships with key cross functional internal and external stakeholders Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals with the Marketing Communications Manager and GM of Marketing & Product. Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert customers Campaign Management : Collaboratively plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM) Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPI’s. Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and relevant content for digital and social channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and values. Manage content calendars and coordinate content creation with internal teams and external agencies. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with the target audiences. Monitor social media trends and competition, recommending adjustments to the strategy as needed. Community management Email Marketing & Personalisation: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Develop and maintain email lists, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital & social marketing efforts. Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and for cross-business visibility Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, property, customer service and human resource, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
