About The Role As Quality Excellence Lead , you’ll be at the heart of improving care by turning incident reports, complaints and feedback into meaningful change. Working closely with Operations and Quality teams, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance safety, compliance and client outcomes. You’ll also support audits, coach staff and help embed a culture of quality and learning across the organisation. This role is all about driving real impact, collaborating across functions, and helping us deliver safe, responsive and exceptional care every day. Responsibilities include: Leading continuous improvement initiatives with service teams Analysing trends in incidents, complaints, and feedback to identify risks and opportunities Delivering monthly quality reports and insights to leadership Conducting internal audits and supporting remediation Assisting with preparation for external audits and compliance activities Supporting reviews of complex client cases with a quality focus Coaching and mentoring staff to embed quality standards Collaborating across teams to strengthen service delivery Working with Learning & Development to design and support training in quality and continuous improvement About You You’re a curious, quality-focused professional who thrives on solving problems and making things better. With sharp analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, you bring data to life through actionable insights. You’re confident managing compliance, coaching teams and influencing stakeholders to raise standards and build capability.
