Job Description Reporting directly to our General Manager, the primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager include: Overseeing and managing the sales, catering and marketing functions of the Hotel Focusing on maximising meeting and events revenue Responsibility for proactive sales and lead generation In collaboration with the Revenue Manager, developing comprehensive strategies aimed at maximising REVPAR Develop and execute sales plans using innovative promotional campaigns and focusing on local partnerships Drive new business acquisition and implement cross selling strategies Leadership of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator
