We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to step into a temporary role covering long service leave with an international business based in Scoresby. This is a hands-on, stand-alone role where your foreign currency experience will be put to good use managing both local and overseas suppliers. The Role: Temporary full-time role (8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday) Office-based, with onsite car parking available Stand-alone AP position supporting the finance function Manage the AP central inbox (~200 invoices per week), sorting for approvals and processing invoices into ERP system Work with a mix of local and international suppliers across multiple currencies (USD, GBP, NZD, Euro) Reconcile complex supplier accounts Prepare and complete payment runs end-to-end About YOU: We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in end-to-end Accounts Payable, including foreign currency Highly organised, methodical, and able to work autonomously A “go-getter” with a strong sense of ownership and someone who takes pride in their work Attention to detail is essential in this busy role.
